![]() If you are going to build a place for games and be publically traded, you must offer support. This company takes no responsibility for the games on its platform. If they had ACTUAL moderation instead of bots, roblox would be much better. People try to have 'the naughty' by saying 'wanna ride me?', 'abc to get dirty', and 'who wants to do it'. It's not making room for new users, like Animal Jam. People also get banned for being inactive! I'm not an actual website/game dev, so maybe its something about storage, but it doesn't make any sense, for me at least. My friend got banned for saying 'Happy pride month!', and roblox has MANY pride stuff in their Avatar Shop. I have also seen people actually doing good stuff and getting banned for it. And, people say stuff like 'Stop being a furry, zoophile', 'There is only 2 genders.', and 'No religion is correct' and DON'T GET BANNED. So, people get to post r34 on here, and i get banned for saying 'laughs in furry', and I see why they thought it was 'Discriminatory Content', but I don't think I really deserved a ban. I have seen rule 34, inappropriate symbols, people bypassing, and more. The idea and most games are really good! However, there is a huge problem with moderation. ![]() You can find a plethora of hackers and bullies and can't find a way to inhibit their behavior. Lastly, reports don't do jack**** and the censoring makes no sense. Why should it matter so much to keep it? As far as I can see, multiple accounts only complicate things. Also, why do you have to verify your email? I understand if the Roblox was of a much more serious sort but it isn't it's a kids game simulator for God's sakes not a government level site, though I wish it was because I'd get better customer service that way. How do you fix this? Maybe NOT have the world's most inconvenient verification process activate whenever a password is wrong and tell it to me upfront. I literally wasted two days and two hours of my life just to get no where with this inconceivably terrible situation. I was told that there was no email associated with my main account which is completely wrong because when you create an account, you have to use an email to make it. As for my main account, I tried asking for customer help, waited two days for a response, and got the most p*ss poor answer to my problem. I only received an email for my alternate account and when I clicked a button to verify, I was sent to the log in page only to have to go through the same verification process multiple times for no reason. After trying the reset again, I would be asked to send a verification email, which I did. In fact, it locked me out of my alternate account and won't take the new password. I've tried to reset my password but it doesn't work at all. Surprise, surprise, I had to go through this more than 10 times. I've tried every password I knew to access either of my accounts but none of them have worked thus far, and every time a password is incorrect, it sends me through this 3 minute long verification process just to tell me my password was wrong. Absolute scum.Roblox is unable to comprehend the existence of alternate accounts and muddles up log in information as a result. ![]() Stay away from this company - they care more about your money than your wellbeing and will NOT help you, instead they will pin every issue you have on you!! I hope one day they go bust. NOWHERE is this rule stated on ANY of their websites. Roblox support then turned around and told me that I needed 2FA via authenticator enabled BEFORE I was hacked. I had 2FA activated through an email code, which was bypassed - that is how I was hacked! My email was not compromised and the hacker was able to sell my items and waste my money with alarming ease. Recently my account was hacked, and according to their help pages and an email sent before redirecting me to the restores team (which is most likely bots), I was told that (key phrase): IN THE EVENT YOUR ACCOUNT IS COMPROMISED, I had to enable 2FA via authenticator, which I didn't know existed. I expected better from this company that I once looked up to. ![]() ![]() I've been playing this game for 12 years, ever since I was 7. ![]()
